[Boost-testing] Huang test results

There are three sets of VC8 tests that are completely useless, because they 
all have messages about incorrect product installation, see for example: 
http://tinyurl.com/euwk3.

These are currently generating rather a lot of regression messages: can 
someone please remove these results from the server and only start 
re-running them when the build setup has been verified to actually work :-)
