Not sure how far reaching this is but while testing the new bjam
functionality to output the response file content I noticed that the
output from compile tests (compile, compile-fail and possible others)
was not being included by process_jam_log. It wasn't generating the XML
response files at all AFAICT. I checked in a fix for this problem. So
please be advised of possibly the number of regressions changing.
And for those that prebuild the process_jam_log. Please rebuild it ;-)
