Sean,
lots of filesystem tests fail in your last regression run:

while I think I've fixed that yesterday early in the morning. Can you tell
me what's the revision of tools/build/v2/tools/intel-win.jam file for you?
For me, the revision (on RC_1_34_0 branch), is 1.8.2.2. Also can you check
that this file contains call to 

   msvc.configure-version-specific

If that's not the case, can you update your tree?
