[Boost-testing] RudbekAssociates/msvc-8 tests

In this http://tinyurl.com/gq7dp failure - and a few others like it - the 
failures appear to be caused by mixed runtime lib's being used during the 
build.  The tests all pass for me here, is there something particular about 
the way in which the tests are built/run that may be causing this?  Could be 
a bbv2 bug if so?
