[Boost-testing] HP TestDrive tests are back

The Tru64 regression tests running on one of the HP TestDrive machines are 
back. The machine has been taken out of the TestDrive program because 
TestDrive cancelled the support for Tru64 and is now dedicated to just 
running the boost regression tests. Many thanks to HP and the peoples 
involved for this.

The tests are scheduled to run 24/7, so the updates should be fairly 
frequent. I will look for any issues that might be installation specific, 
if you find something, please tell me.
