[Boost-testing] HP TestDrive tru64 Python failures w/o explanation

http://tinyurl.com/lewpj and http://tinyurl.com/r3x4d are two
representative examples where the linker fails but gives no
diagnostic.  These failures started appearing suddenly in the past
week.  Was this platform being tested before then?

Can the regression test runner do anything to get a better diagnostic?
