By default, 'regression.py' uses an hourly Boost sources tarball we

Since it's an hourly tarball, it's not supposed to be older than,
well, one hour :).

Something to be fixed ASAP, yes. It's taken care of now (the
accumulated tarball logs caused the machine to run out of space); the
warning on the report pages shoud be gone in a couple of hours when 
these are regenerated.
