They are not completely broken, but significantly broken.
The breakage seems to co-incide with the removal of the v1 jam files.
I'm not sure if metacomm only switched to v2 after that change, or if
the timing is co-incidence.

I am still trying to work out how to run v2 regression tests locally to
work out where the problem lies.  I can run the tests, but still need
to generate some viewable HTML.

Hope to have more to report later tonight.
