IIUC, that is the time the tests finished running and results were
submitted. If the test cycle is long enough, that time can actually be
quite misleading.
It would bbe nice if we could include the CVS checkout time as well as
the results upload time in the report, although I had been waiting for
1.34 to go gold before stirring up more changes on testing!
