[Boost-testing] JustSoftwareSolutions: Borland incorrect setup

A quick heads up in case it hasn't already been spotted: the 
JustSoftwareSolutions Borland results are *all* failing which doesn't do 
much for our test matrix :-)

The errors are:

     -j5 -g255 -q -c -P -Ve -Vx -a8 -b- -v -Od -tWC -tWR -tWC -WM- -tWM -DBOOST_ALL_NO_LIB=1 
 -DBOOST_REGEX_DYN_LINK=1 -I".."  -o"g:\boost\rc-1-34\results\boost\bin.v2\libs\regex\test\unicode_iterator_test.test\borland-5.8.2\debug\threading-multi\unicode_iterator_test.obj" 
"..\libs\regex\test\unicode\unicode_iterator_test.cpp"

'-j5' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

So there's some setup problem going on?
