1.34. I was not doing it manually, I was just trying to run the tests:

  python regression.py --tag RC_1_34_0 ...

The reason I noticed it is that during the weekend, bjam would fail on
HP-UX with the attached errors. It was intermittent, i.e. sometimes after
restarting the tests which, ultimately, involves downloading a snapshot,
everything would work. Sometimes it would not. I don't know if this is
related to the warning about the snapshot and whether the snapshot is
corrupted.

Building Boost.Regex with the optional Unicode/ICU support disabled.
Please refer to the Boost.Regex documentation for more information
(don't panic: this is a strictly optional feature).
