[Boost-testing] Cleaning up RC_1_34_0 results

Hi All,

To get a better picture of where we are WRT the current regression
count, all 1.34.0 XML results older than a week have been moved to
ftp://fx.meta-comm.com/boost-regression/outdated-RC_1_34_0/ directory
and should disappear from report pages in a couple of hours.

It'd be greatly appreciated if the regression runners whose results
were moved took a look at their setup/logs to see if there is
something that has been preventing them from running the tests.
