[Boost-testing] process_jam_log.cpp fixes

Alexey,
Looking at history for process_jam_log.cpp I see your revision 1.39.2.3 
on the RC_1_34_0 branch, that as far as I can see, is not present on HEAD.

Is this intentional? If no, would you please merge that change to HEAD and
adjust the merged_to_RC_1_34_0 tag accordingly?
