[Boost-testing] More toolsets? msvc-6.5-stlport

Are we still acquiring new release toolsets?  If so we'll never get 
finished.

I'm referring to the msvc-6.5-stlport4 speedsnail results that have just 
started showing up: the failures from this all look expected to me (they're 
the same as msvc-6.5 as far as I can see), can someone at least take care of 
marking this one up?
