[Boost-testing] [Martin Wille V2] Intel 9.0 DLL linking problem still present

Fresh results have just come from Martin Wille V2 but they
still seem to be showing the Intel 9.0 DLL linking problem
Volodya tried to address at:

Martin, have you updated your local toolset .jam file
after the changes commited by Volodya to intel-linux.jam?
