Hi Hartmut,

I've checked the corresponding bjam.log 
(ftp://fx.meta-comm.com/boost-regression/RC_1_34_0/speedsnail-msvc-dp.zip) 
and it seems that there the report shows as much as bjam.log has about 
this compiler failure.
