[Boost-testing] Pinging Roland Schwarz: New Borland regression & DST

Hallo,
This new regression: http://tinyurl.com/366mfg looks a lot like a Daylight
Saving Time to me, given that it involves a one hour shift and it took place on
the first day of DST (in the EU, at least). Maybe it's just a testing
environment setup problem?
