I've traced this down to a known xsltproc issue with spaces in page
names, which we thought to be a platform-specific issue, but
apparently it's not. Fixed now: http://tinyurl.com/ywmo3a 
(http://boost.cvs.sourceforge.net/boost/boost/tools/regression/xsl_reports/boost_wide_report.py?r1=1.20&r2=1.21).

The fix should take effect in the next after the currently-in-progress
report pages update (i.e. in ~2 hours).
