[Boost-testing] regressions stalled due to missing file

My latest regressions are refusing to run as the file
test_bimap_info.cpp is missing from boost/libs/bimap/test.

Would it be possible to patch bjam to continue running even when a
source file is missing?  I would much rather have a single empty cell
in the regression table, than an entirely failed run - especially as it
is so easy to accidentally miss the commit of a new file.
