[Boost-testing] [Boost][regression.py] missing python (utils) module

Hi,

In CVS head, regression.py (./tools/regression/xsl_reports/runner/ 
regression.py) imports util at line 423, but our python installation  
(2.3.5) doesn't contain this module.  I went to the python global  
module index and can't find it there either.

There's no mention of any python requirements on the boost page

Am I using the wrong regression.py or is there a minimum python  
version to get the utils module?  Anyone know where the utils module  
is documented or otherwise lives?
