[Boost-testing] explicit-failures markup seems to have regressed

The commit for version 1.560 of this file (28 June) seems to have
discarded a lot of recent changes - at least as far back as late
February for some changes I committed.

Could we revert back to 1.559 and ask anyone who committed since then
to resubmit their changes?
