Well I got tired of waiting... I changed regression.py to point to a new 
tarball location. For those that use tarballs for testing you will have 
to update your regression.py script manually, AFAIK. Personally I use:

wget 
http://svn.boost.org/svn/boost/trunk/tools/regression/xsl_reports/runner/regression.py

To update the script. But you may do as you wish to get the new version :-)
