[Boost-testing] regression.py and Boost.Build

I would like to modify regression.py so that it
additionally runs Boost.Build tests, so that we
can catch platform-specific issues early. I expect
the testing to take at most a few minutes, and generate
a small file, that will be uploaded to the same location
as build logs. I'll probably only run Boost.Build
tests on the first requested toolset.

Anybody objects, in principle, to my doing so?
