[Boost-testing] Download times very slow

Hi,

Is anyone else seeing very slow download times?

# Sending start notification to "kbelco_at_[hidden]"
#     Sending mail through "mail.sandia.gov"...
# Cleaning up "/sierra/Dev/kbelco/boost/boost" directory ...
# Cleaning up "/sierra/Dev/kbelco/boost/boost/bin" directory ...
# Cleaning up "/sierra/Dev/kbelco/boost/boost/bin.v2" directory ...
# Cleaning up "/sierra/Dev/kbelco/boost/results" directory ...
# Getting sources (2007-09-25T18:39:05Z)...
# Downloading "http://beta.boost.org/development/snapshot.php/trunk"  
to "/sierra/Dev/kbelco/boost"...

This command has been running for 15 minutes and I've only got a tar  
ball with 800k in it.
