[Boost-testing] Tarball contents check?

I'm wondering if it would be helpful to add a verification step to 
tarball generation. After the tarball has been created, unpack it into a 
scratch directory and compare the results to a svn working copy at the 
same revision level. Send an email to the testing list if they don't 
compare equal.
