[Boost-testing] [RudbekAssociates-V2][foreach] test fails, should pass.

I'm a bit befuddled by this msvc-7.1 foreach failure:

I fixed this bug on HEAD in revision 39658. I see that Rudbek was at rev 
39678 for this run, so by all accounts it should pass. I have verified 
the fix on 2 different machines. (If someone else with MSVC-7.1 wants to 
double-check, that'd be great. The test is foreach/test/array_byref.cpp)

So, is this a problem with the new rev# thing? With the snapshot? With 
Rudbek's config? With my code?
