You, probably, meant
boost/tools/regression/xsl_reports/runner/collect_and_upload_logs.py
                                                      ^^^^^^^^^^^
The file in my directory tree is identical to that in trunk. I always
do full build and before the build, delete the build tree.

Does

  python regression.py collect-logs --runner=foo --toolsets=bar

work on other systems?
