[Boost-testing] get_tarball failed with message "empty, unreadable or compressed file: empty header"

The tarball from

http://beta.boost.org/development/snapshot/trunk

cannot be downloaded by regression.py

The script fails with:

get_tarball failed with message "empty, unreadable or compressed file: 
empty header"

What can I do about this?
