[Boost-testing] [siliconman] Borland tests wildly out of date?

The Borland tests run by "siliconman" appear to be wildly out of date: the 
run date is yesterday, but:

* There's no SVN revision number.
* They're showing a regex regression that was fixed at least a month ago.
* They're not showing the new Boost.Math tests (added Monday).

Looks like a case of running an outdated script?

PS, it's very infuriating tracking down apparently "new" regressions only to 
find it's a test runner problem, not sure what we can do about improving 
this though...
