[Boost-testing] [1.35.0] Latest test library update breaks Borland/CodeGear

Just a heads up that the latest update to the test library has killed
the Borland/CodeGear compiler tests.  The problem seems to be the new
floating point test enhancements, which refuse to compile on this
platform.
