Hi Markus,

The 'disappearing test results' phenomenon appears to be lingering 
fallout from the temporary break in the regex test jamfile yesterday. 
It was causing bjam to fail with this message:

error: Unable to find file or target named
error:     '../build//icu_options'
error: referred from project at
error:     '../libs/regex/test/captures'

John has already corrected this issue; it is just taking a day or so for 
some of the test machines to regenerate new results and for them to show 
up on the regression test pages.
