[Boost-testing] [incremental] typeof regression tests deleted

Hi

The following regression tests have been removed from SVN, and should be
removed from the test system:

libs/typeof/test/experimental_1.cpp
libs/typeof/test/experimental_2.cpp
libs/typeof/test/experimental_3.cpp
libs/typeof/test/experimental_4.cpp
