[Boost-testing] All the Borland tests broken?

All the Siliconman Borland tests are currently broken with a setup issue:

    "H:/bin/bcc32" -j5 -g255 -q -c -P -Ve -Vx -a8 -b- -IC:/src/spirit -v -Od 
 -tWC -tWR -tWC -WM- -DBOOST_ALL_NO_LIB=1 -I".." -I"H://include/" -o"C:\Boost\results\boost\bin.v2\status\config_info.test\borland-5.9.2\debug\config_info.obj" 
"C:\Boost\boost\libs\config\test\config_info.cpp"

'"H:/bin/bcc32"' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Likewise the 5.6.4 and 5.8.2 tests, which doesn't make our unresolved issues 
list look too good :-(
