It appears that Sun C++ needs the '::' before 'sigemptyset', but  
Darwin can't have the '::' before 'sigemptyset' (because sigemptyset  
is a macro on Darwin). Gennadiy knows about the problem now (just  
sent a note to the Boost list about it).
