Comments:

* IIUC, it is really a measure of the health of a particular report 
generation machine rather than SVN. You might want to change the 
"Purpose" accordingly.

* Need to provide a link to it from some likely spot, such as the table 
in http://beta.boost.org/development/testing.html "Regression Testing".

* I'd also like to run it on the machine I'm using for release tests. Do 
you plan to add the script to SVN?
