[Boost-testing] Svn checkout fails, but retry is okay

Hi,

Occasionally I see svn merrily checking out files, suddenly fail, the  
boost regression.py script restarts the checkout, and svn continues  
on just fine.

A    boost/libs/statechart/doc/rationale.html

Does this indicate a problem on our end or can anyone enlighten me as  
to why this is happening or whether I should be concerned about it?
