[Boost-testing] Testers needed for release/branches

Libraries are now being merged into branches/release, so we need 
testers. To keep report cycle times short, the preference is to test 
only high priority platforms, and to avoid duplicating platforms.

The most pressing need is a someone to test Darwin, preferably several 
times a day.

A Windows/VC++ 8.0 tester would also be appreciated. I'm currently 
running Windows tests, but it is straining my resources as I'm also 
smoke testing on that machine and running pre-commit tests on it too.
