FYI...

I checked in a minor change to run.py that adds a 
"--skip-script-download" option. It has the effect of not doing the 
bootstrap download of regression.py and collect_and_upload_logs.py. If 
you run the testing commands individually, like Martin, this might be of 
interest to you.
