The server is back online now.

We had a prolonged power outage late Sunday night that brought one of
our servers down permanently and, as it turned out, also sped up the
death of fx.meta-comm.com machine. It's running on a new hardware now.
I'm in the process of restoring the old content of 
ftp://fx.meta-comm.com/boost-regression/.
