Add a version number/tag when setting up the toolset in the 
user-config.jam. For example see one of the trunk intel testers 
<http://beta.boost.org/development/tests/trunk/Huang-Vista-x64.html>

Because :-\ Or more accurately, because BB doesn't automatically 
configure the intel toolset like it does the msvc toolset.
