[Boost-testing] Sandia-Darwin-Intel tests misconfigured build issue?

The two Sandia-Darwin-Intel toolsets currently being tested fail for all 
shared library builds, see for example: http://tinyurl.com/3e5n6w

Any ideas anyone?
