[Boost-testing] BGD-Windows tests (release branch)

Looking at the release branch test results, the BGD-Windows results are listed
as "msvc-9.0", but if you look at the detailed results for one of the failures
(e.g. http://tinyurl.com/5vq7jg) , it says:

"call "D:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\VC\vcvarsall.bat" x86 >nul
"

So, are those results supposed to be from VC8 or 9?
