[Boost-testing] RW_WinXP_VC71 question

Fusion is all green except for some odd yellows that I can't
seem to reproduce:

How can I get in touch of the tester? It says RW_WinXP_VC71
but I can't find any info other than: "Tests are run on Windows
platform.". Does the 7.1 compiler have the latest service packs?
On my machine, with 7.1 and 8.0, everything builds perfectly fine.
