Looks ok. I don't even remember what the "hh" is for.

It runs on a 6 minute cycle. And it looks like it's up already.

Sure. Whatever you deem appropriate would work. Every hour would be 
awesome! Mine ran slow enough that I just set it on an indefinite cycle.
