Hi,

the server used for uploading the results sets is moving to a new IP 
address. At the time of writing this message, FTP access to the old 
location is already disabled, the new location is functional, the DNS 
entry has been adjusted for the new location.

Users are affected in following ways:

1. Testers who want to upload a new result set may experience connection 
errors until their resolvers knows about the new location. The resolvers 
are supposed to know about the new location within 3600 seconds.

2. Creation of result tables will be affected similarly. Existing result 
sets have been copied to the new location, so everything is supposed to 
work fine, once the resolvers knows about the new IP address.

3. Web access to the RC packages works fine. (though this is mostly 
irrelevant at the moment)
