I've checked in a change to run Boost.Build tests as part of
regression.py -- which should help get better coverage on
all platforms. Some dummy test results were generated for a while,
and seem to be processed OK, as shown at:

        http://www.boost.org/development/tests/trunk/developer/build.html

and I did some testing locally, so I hope everything will be smooth.
If something breaks, let me know and I'll fix everything ASAP.
