New try for testing mingw32 from cygwin with the following parameters:

user-config.jam:
using gcc : mingw_3.4.4  : /usr/bin/g++ : <compileflags>-DBOOST_HAS_WINTHREADS <compileflags>-DBOOST_WINDOWS_API <compileflags>-DBOOST_THREAD_WIN32 <compilerflags>-mno-cygwin <linkflags>-mno-cygwin ;

command line:
python run.py --runner=bronf3 --tag=trunk --bjam-options="-j2 -sBZIP2_INCLUDE=/cygdrive/d/Softs/bzip2_msw/include -sBZIP2_LIBPATH=/cygdrive/d/Softs/bzip2_msw/lib
-sZLIB_INCLUDE=/cygdrive/d/Softs/zlib_msw/include -sZLIB_LIBPATH=/cygdrive/d/Softs/zlib_msw/lib threadapi=win32 target-os=windows" --toolsets=gcc-mingw_3.4.4

Still nearly all the tests failed. It seems there is a problem at compile time now maybe with include path: http://tinyurl.com/46z7gc

It is maybe just impossible to test mingw from cygwin?
