Subject: [Boost-testing] how to use local user-config.jam

Hi,
I am trying to run the tests with the beta of cygwin 1.7 (current is
1.5) to see how the wide characters perform. For this I need a
specific user-config.jam. I would like to put it in the directory of
the tests but bjam says it uses $HOME one.
What option can I give to bjam so that it will use the local one? In
boost.build doc, I see that $HOME is first searched and then
$BOOST_BUILD_PATH.
