[Boost-testing] pop up while testing with MSVC 7.1

All of a sudden I'm get a pop up on certain kinds of error (null ptr etc) 
when I run the bjam test on my local machine with msvc 7.1. I'm not sure 
what I've changed to provoke this behavior.  Maybe I'm testing with DLL 
libraries rather than static libraries.  In anycase, I'm sure it's not 
happening with our testers - otherwise I would have heard about it.

Does anyone know the magic require to make sure these kinds of errors just 
print out in the standard output rather than poping up a box?
