[Boost-testing] KTC-XP_VC10RTM needs updating

The kolmogorov_max_flow_test in Boost.Graph has been removed from the 
Jamfile for a while (since before the last KTC-XP_VC10RTM test was run), 
yet it still shows up in this system's test output.  Is there some kind of 
update that needs to be done to update that Jamfile?  If so, could someone 
please do it?  Thank you.
